Acquittal in Restaurant Safe Larceny Case

A night employee at a restaurant in Kalamazoo was accused of stealing money from a safe. Our attorneys argued that his fingerprints found inside the safe were placed there legitimately during work. After a one-week trial, the jury followed our firm's lead and acquitted the defendant.
