Convicted of Lesser Charge in Baseball Bat Assault

A college football player was charged with intent to murder after a bat confrontation. Our attorneys convinced the jury to acquit him of Assault with Intent to Murder and Great Bodily Harm. He was convicted only of the lesser offense of Felonious Assault and received a short county jail sentence.
